Her impact was also felt at SABC ukhozi FM, the largest radio  station in Africa, where she garnered recognition as a future leader in the radio  industry and received three MTN Radio awards, including Best Breakfast Show  in 2012/2013 and Best Music Show in 2013.In 2011, with a remarkable 3million  listenership on the ukhozi FM breakfast show, Sma Mathibeli chose to resign and  redirect her focus towards building herself as a formidable businesswoman. Since  taking the helm as the Group CEO of Calvin and Family Group, her results-driven  and decisive leadership has led to notable success, marked by accolades such  as Fast Growth in the 14th National Business Awards, Forbes Top 30 Most Promising  Entrepreneur in Africa, and National Entrepreneur Champion.
